Through my instagram @el_bayano_estupendo, I have marketed my art as tattoo designs. Through collaborations with tattoo artists, particularly the amazing @hadleygrass, dozens of people have bought my art and gotten it tattooed. To me, having my work etched onto someone’s body for the rest of their lives is the highest form artistic success. My art has become something alive, something that has helped people construct their own identities, and it will start conversations for decades to come.
